Brazil Records Desk is founded and operated by Andre Eduardo Foppa Souza, a Brazilian attorney admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association in Santa Catarina — OAB/SC 30.078 — since June 28, 2010.
Andre has more than 16 years of legal practice and experience working with Brazilian and international clients and counsel on matters involving contracts, corporate affairs, regulatory requirements, document analysis and cross-border transactions.
His professional experience includes work involving clients and counsel from the United States, Germany, Canada, Italy and Portugal.
Andre currently serves as Legal Director and Board Member of the Aeroclube de Santa Catarina and is a member of the Aviation Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association — OAB/SC.
His academic background includes postgraduate studies in Business Law and Data Protection (LGPD), together with professional education in Compliance at Fundação Getulio Vargas — FGV.
Through Brazil Records Desk, Andre personally oversees the Brazil-side coordination of requests, communication with law firms, retrieval workflows and delivery of completed records.
