Process
How Brazil Records Desk works
- 01
Submit your request
Fill out the intake form with matter details — document type, Brazilian state/city, purpose, and deadline. No login required. We confirm receipt by email within one business day.
- 02
We quote and confirm scope
We identify the correct source, confirm what third-party costs apply (emoluments, courier, apostille fees), and send you a USD quote. Third-party costs are always itemized separately.
- 03
Brazil-side execution
After payment, we handle the local retrieval. You receive status updates in English. When we're waiting on a cartório or government agency, your status page will say so.
- 04
Organized delivery
You receive a complete document package: the original record, apostille (if requested), and a coordination summary. All delivered digitally to your secure link.
